The TRUWILD journey began when co-founders Zac and Nathan decided to ditch daily hours in the gym in pursuit of more adventurous activities like surfing, hiking, and cycling. However, they soon realized that being an outdoor athlete requires different supplementation. They abandoned their high-stimulant-based pre-workout drinks that left them fatigued, dehydrated, and distracted in search of something better.

In 2017, the outdoor athletes and roommates from Newport Beach, Calif., created TRUWILD, a company that uses natural science to formulate the most effective nutritional products. After many global outdoor adventures, they soon realized that the strong, energetic locals turned to nature to help increase their performance. TRUWILD’s handcrafted, whole-food ingredients come from around the world and are inspired by their exotic travels to places like Peru, Tanzania, and Patagonia.
